Jesus wishes peace for us. Peace is something we crave, something we seek. We speak about inner peace, world peace, and the promise of eternal peace, but peace often seems missing in our lives.
Let us find, together, A Missing Peace, a men’s retreat from Mar. 31 – Apr. 2 at the Holy Family Passionist Retreat Center in West Hartford. Through prayer, presentations, and discussions, we come to understand how to achieve the peace that Jesus meant for us to share with our families and our world.
The retreat begins with a buffet dinner from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday evening and concludes Sunday with the celebration of Mass at 10:45 a.m., followed by a hot brunch at noon. Families of retreatants are most welcome to attend the Sunday Mass and brunch at no extra charge.
