Thanks to your time, talent, and food donations, the Parish ImmaCare Ministry has been busy in April. Here’s what’s been happening:
- Apr. 6: A van full of food donated by our parishioners made its way to ImmaCare to supplement their mobile outreach efforts in Hartford.
- Apr. 7: The Glastonbury Knights of Columbus made, delivered, and served a pork loin dinner with all the fixings for the 75 ImmaCare clients.
- Apr. 14: The Parish ImmaCare Ministry made, delivered, and served another hot meal for the 75 men using the ImmaCare shelter.
There is always a need for donations to and volunteers for the Parish ImmaCare Ministry. The next food donation pick-up is on Thurs., May 4. Please leave your pre-wrapped food donations/bottled water at either of our church locations.
Our next dinners are Fri., May 5, hosted by the Friends of Immacare, and Fri., May 12.
