Reconciliation
In addition to weekly reconciliation each Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at St. Paul Church, our Lenten reconciliations will take place each Monday during Lent at 6 p.m. The location will rotate between St. Paul Church and St. Augustine Church as follows:

2026 Lenten Scripture Series
Walk in faith with facilitator Walter Twachtman and your fellow parishioners as we prepare our hearts for the joy of Easter with the Lenten Scripture Series, taking place at St. Augustine Church, 55 Hopewell Road, South Glastonbury, each Thursday at 6:30 p.m. from now until Apr. 1*.
This transformative series is designed to deepen your understanding of each Sunday’s Lenten reading. We’ll examine the author’s intended message, the relationship between the weekly readings, and their meaning for today’s spiritual life.
Whether new to Scripture or a seasoned reader, this series offers a meaningful way to grow closer to God this Lenten season. All are welcome!
*Final session will be held on Wed., Apr. 1, so all may attend the Holy Thursday service on Apr. 2 at 6 p.m.
Lenten Longings 2026
The Office of Lifelong Faith Formation invites you to take part in RENEW’S Lenten Longings. This six-week program invites you to join a small faith-sharing community to help you see yourself, one another, and our world through the eyes of God. It’s also a great opportunity to make new friends along the way!
Choose from one of two groups:
- Mondays from Feb. 23 – Mar. 20 from 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.
- Wednesdays from Feb. 25 – Apr. 1 from 1 – 2:15 p.m.
