Parishioner Richard Ehrhardt to be honored by the Archdiocese of Hartford

SS. Isidore and Maria Parish proudly announces that parishioner Richard Ehrhardt has been named a recipient of the 2026 St. Joseph Medal from the Archdiocese of Hartford.

A member of our parish for over 30 years, Rich has had a significant presence in many ministries and has upped his volunteerism to new levels since his retirement several years ago. He currently volunteers as a sacristan, serving at both weekend Masses and parish funerals. He often serves multiple Masses each weekend as an Eucharistic Minister, a van driver, and/or an altar server. He also coordinates the parish’s altar server ministry, overseeing all training and scheduling. His dedication to his volunteer work with the parish is extraordinary.

Rich receives the St. Joseph Medal from Hartford Archbishop Christopher Coyne on Sun., Mar. 15, at the Cathedral of St Joseph in Hartford.

Established by former Archbishop Daniel A. Cronin in 2003, the St. Joseph Medal honors those who have gone above and beyond to serve their parish.
