Walking with Purpose: The Modern Woman’s Guide to the Bible

Do you sometimes doubt if God really loves you? Are you searching for purpose? Do you struggle to measure up to our culture’s definition of beauty? Is there someone you need to forgive, but you don’t know how?

“Walking with Purpose: The Woman’s Guide to the Bible,” a powerful, in-depth 22-week foundational course designed for women at every level of their Bible study experience. Join us as we examine the core questions that we wrestle with if we want to experience all that God has for us.

The heart of our ministry is our parish-based Bible study program for adult women. Run by local lay women volunteers, approved by parish pastors, and supported by Walking with Purpose national staff, our parish programs welcome all women irrespective of faith background, age, or marital status. The program incorporates at-home Scripture study, and weekly small group discussion on relevant study material.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the key to the SS. Isidore and Maria Parish Walking with Purpose program is flexibility, providing a combination of in-person and online gathering options.

In-person gatherings will be limited to small group discussions, and may occur outdoors (weather permitting), or indoors (i.e. utilizing a large parish space), abiding be all relevant social distancing requirements, and limited to no more than twelve people. Online sessions (i.e. Zoom) will also be part of the mix.

We understand that some women may not be comfortable with ANY form of in-person gathering, and if that is the case, please indicate your preference below upon registration.

Registration is open now through Thurs., September 16th, with the first class set to take place on Wed., October 14th! The cost is $40 to cover the cost of the study guide. Anyone wishing to attend yet unable to afford this fee may request a waiver. Please contact Sarah at sastiger@gmail.com prior to registration.
