With the pandemic’s onset nearly a year ago, the need for donated food within our own community has increased significantly. That’s why we’re asking SS. Isidore and Maria Parish members to take part in the “Have a Heart” food drive on Valentine’s Day weekend, Sat., Feb. 13 and Sun., Feb. 14.
We seek donations of non-perishable food items and grocery store gift cards after each Mass at St. Paul Church that weekend. All that is collected will be distributed to anyone in need locally through the St. Vincent de Paul Society .
All foods are needed. Here is a list of suggested donation items:
Non-perishable food:
- Pancake mix
- Pancake syrup
- Peanut butter
- Jelly
- Canned fruit/vegetables
- Snacks/crackers
- Canned tuna
- Cereal (hot or cold)
- Coffee
Household items:
- Paper towels
- Laundry detergent
- Dish soap
- Toilet paper
- Tissues
In order to maintain appropriate physical distancing and traffic flow:
