Supporting The Purple Light Project

Mental illness affects people of all ages, genders, religions, and backgrounds. That’s why the SS. Isidore and Maria Health Ministry seeks your help in supporting “The Purple Light Project,” an initiative of Hartford Hospital’s Institute of Living (IOL). The Purple Light Project provides tangible support to the psychiatric patients in Hartford Hospital’s Emergency Department, which monthly sees approximately 450 people experiencing a mental health crisis. Meet Tammy S. Hewitt: Parish Director of Evangelization and Discipleship

Tammy S. Hewitt We are excited to announce a new member of our parish team. Tammy S. Hewitt has joined the staff of SS. Isidore and Maria Parish as the Director of Evangelization and Discipleship. Tammy is a lifelong Catholic and comes to us with over five years of experience in parish ministry, primarily in adult faith formation and as a Pastoral Associate.
